Shipping
For Local customer, flying-kit will ship all items via Courier for local destinations. Courier offers 1 to 2 day service to most domestic destinations, If you're lucky enough to live within driving distance of flying-kit.com, you can choose to pick up by yourself in our company or MTR station. "please call first".
International shipping will be ship by Hong Kong Speed Post ( Express ) 3-4day depending your location. If delivery by Air Parcel Post service, about 7-13 day depending on your location.
If order a large item or small stuff or a certain number of quantity, please choose (small parcel pieces) for delivery method, we will re-calculate the exactly delivery cost and send you our payment link for delivery charge, after settle payment, we will send out your parcel within one day.
We concern our different country member feel save and comfortable with fair purchase the items from our e-shop , because the parcel packing together will be more cheaper then individual pack, but our computer can not calculate a lot of quantity or too light small stuff.
Our International mailing charge order included insurance recovering for replacement of defect item and guarenteen on hand service.
( Please note : If you purchase a micro stuff and choose small parcel pieces, we will inform you by e-mail to decide send it out without mailing charge or standard air mailing post charge, but send out by free mailing charge are not inclusive insurence and replacement, please specific your request. )
Payment
This is notice that our company now only accept Paypal payment, it is because a lot of fault problem payment and not security payment by some internet hacker purchase product and used other people CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. we will stop accept credit card and only accept paypal payment and T/T payment until further notice.
flying-kit.com now only through PayPal account to accept VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS only, you can select the payment method during the Checkout process. If you're uncomfortable about sending your information over the internet, just choose "Phone Ordering" or T/T( Telegrahic transfer ) payment or if you would like to used other channel, I perfer you used Western Union, this payment gateway in many country have branch near by you. After settle payment, you need to inform us by e- mail or call to confirm your transaction.
Cancellations
All of our orders are boxed with pre-paid shipping labels within 24 hours after your order is placed. Therefore we regret that there must be a 10% cancellation fee for any orders cancelled after payment has been processed.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns must be authorized via email to support@flying-kit.com within 7days after you receive your order, and requests must be accompanied by a valid flying-kit.com invoice number. An RMA number will be issued back with return instructions within one to three business days.
- All returns without a RMA number will be rejected by our receiving department.
- All returns are freight pre-paid and must be securely packaged by the customer.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee for all un-opened and un-used merchandise in re-sellable condition unless the item is Dead On Arrival (DOA).
- Damaged items not being exchanged under warranty cannot be returned.
- The original shipping charge is not refundable.
The Customer is responsible for reporting shipping damage, or missing items within 3 days after receiving their order.flying-kit.com can not be responsible for those after this period.
